“Shame really, the lights are amazing and it is the second time that I have ordered from iconic lights but I have experienced poor customer service with the second order due to my order missing when I clicked on the tracking and it only became apparent after I emailed asking why my lights had taken over 5 days that someone replied saying they must be lost and they then sent some more out so just wish they communicated better”

Unfortunately we was not aware that the carrier had lost your item until you made contact with us. This is also being looked into.
We will raise a case with the carrier to see where this went wrong.
