“Hi. I am unable to give a number of stars as the shades are rolled and bent into very small square boxes of all things and because of this they are faulty. I am very happy with the lamps and would give them a 5☆. Please can you let me know what is happening as it is either I have a refund for the shades and have them refunded or do I need to have someone to do a collection to return everything. Thank you.xxx”
