“I was going to apologise after my last negative review - where I said no actual shade had been provided - as a shade had indeed been provided but unfortunately, having assembled the shade, what a disappointment. You velcro what seems like a cheap card material around the shade wheel and no matter how many times me and my husband did it to keep it smooth, some parts dented. Even after hiding the dented section from the eye so that it’s facing the wall, the next issue is that you can see the lightbulb clearly when the lamp is lit up. What is most disappointing about this product is that it is advertised so classy but a cheap material is provided for it, instead of a sturdy one. What a shame. I had bought this lamp and a matching light shade with excitement but I now have to go through the process of returning it.”

“There is no shade provided! Where has it been very clearly and explicitly stated in the product description that customers will need to buy their own actual shade and all that you have provided is the dressing of the shade?! Thus, I as a customer, was not able to make an informed decision when purchasing this product and instead have to now deal with the inconvenience of returning this product. Very very frustrating and deceiving. A very dissatisfied customer.”
