“Item arrived scratched and with a dent. I contacted customer service the same day with photos of damage. 3 days later still no reply.
Orderd another lamp with this order which didn't arrive. However, customer services did reply to this issue and sent one out the next day so not sure why they didn't bother to reply to the email reporting the damage.”
