“Excellent service, well packed, BUT the lamp itself is not vertical when screwed together. Despite unscrewing and rescrewing it remains at several degrees off vertical. Because it’s necessary to destroy the non recyclable packing when unpacking, returning the lamp is impractical other than at great expense. I shall have to use it in the corner where it will be functional but not a feature.”
