Secondly, the dress came to me with a tear/rip at the back which is NOT on the seam and cannot be repaired. I have called customer service no less than 5 times to discuss this rather than email and no response. Terrible!!!_x000D_

I understand Igigi only gives out a credit for their refunds but I'm so unimpressed with this company I just want a full refund and be done with it. I have ordered no less than 4 times and returned all but one. I wish I could say I was happy with the products, but so far they have shown to be sub-par for me, not to mention the dresses are expensive so I expect a higher level of product consistency._x000D_
