“I ordered based on the comments from others to order a size down. It fits, but because the slip is sewn to the outer layer of the skirt it bunches in a very strange way at the sides._x000D_

Secondly, the dress came to me with a tear/rip at the back which is NOT on the seam and cannot be repaired. I have called customer service no less than 5 times to discuss this rather than email and no response. Terrible!!!_x000D_

I understand Igigi only gives out a credit for their refunds but I'm so unimpressed with this company I just want a full refund and be done with it. I have ordered no less than 4 times and returned all but one. I wish I could say I was happy with the products, but so far they have shown to be sub-par for me, not to mention the dresses are expensive so I expect a higher level of product consistency._x000D_

“This dress is gorgeous! Flows nicely. I like the low cut of the neckline. There is an issue with static of the overlay top piece, but I think a little static guard will be fine. My second IGIGI dress and I love it. Worth the price for a dress that fits great and a confidence booster!”
“I ordered it on Monday and on Thursday I had it! In Ireland! Impressive :-) well packed and with hanger and plastic coverage! Expected to be all wrinkled, but no! Very good shape and all! Ordered the size after the measurements given and slightly too large for my waist, and tight for my upper arms, but definitely is a keeper! super good fabric, love it, even though in the picture looks a bit more spectacular than in real... “This dress is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It's cute, well-made, and could be worn on a number of different occasions - dressed up or down. However, like with most Igigi dresses, I always have to size down. I'm a pear-shaped 30/32, but ordered this in a 26/28 and it fits perfectly with plenty of room for my hips and without being too big on top. A+.”
