“The dress is extremely flattering. I took a star off the rating because in the pictures of the dress it seems like the tie is sewn into place and you have the option to tie it in one place or another, but in reality the wrap piece isn't connected at all and so won't stay in place like the picture. It's still a great dress without the long wrap piece, but I just thought that was what I was getting. I'd still recommend the dress because like I said, it is very flattering. Also, customer service was very good, so I'm pleased.”
“This dress was perfect for what I needed it for! Love the plum color / feather pattern. There would be two changes I would make if possible. 1. The empire waist was high on me. I would have preferred it to be about an inch lower. 2. The sash tended to ride down on me no matter how tight I tied it so I would have a white stripe between the bodice and the sash (and not as pretty as the model in the picture on the website). I ended up tacking it with a few stitches in the back and on the sides. I did not consider either one of these items as critical to prevent me from wearing the dress. I look forward to future purchases from igigi!”
“I ordered this dress online for a work party that I was invited to last minute and selected the two day shipping. There was some sort of mix up with FedEx and the day before my event the dress had still arrived to Kentucky. I called IGIGI and left a panicked message that I was very upset that I would now have to scramble to find something to wear. Rhonda called me back immediately and asked for the details on my event. I explained that the event was going to be in Dallas TX and I would be flying out at 6:00AM the next morning for it . She arranged for a NEW shipment to be sent to me at the hotel I was staying at and assured that it would be there in time for my event. Sure enough It arrived at 3:30PM just in time for me to get ready!

“The fabric was the best part of the dress for me. The color of the print looked a little different in person, but I didn't mind that. The fit, however wasn't to my liking. I needed a more ample bosom for this dress, so that might be why the top stitching looked not so well sewn. The skirt waist was so high I felt like the female Steve Urkel. The dress looked lovely on the model and had potential on me, but not enough for me to keep it. The softness of the fabric was fabulous though!”
