The second is in early fall, when it will still be quite warm. This dress shows enough skin to brave the warm months, but is lined and a good quality thick fabric for the cold. I love the bright, saturated blue color and flattering cut. My only gripe is that the length of the hem is too short for my 5'10" frame. Please reconsider, IGIGI. Shorter gals can have their clothes hemmed. Those of us who are tall can't let the hems out.”
