“After seeing your online marketing which is excellent I was keen to purchase some sheets. which I did along with an extra set of pillowcases. After trying numerous times to get the top sheet fitting correctly on the bed I realised the sheet was not square. I folded it to see where the problem was, and soon realised the sheet had not been evenly cut and was unbalanced. As you can see in the photo the sheet is seriously defective/ dodgy. I had to cut up to 1cm off each side to even it up. The sheet, even though the width has been reduced, now fits the bed evenly when made up. I think the quality control of your product is not up to standard . For the price of these sheets I expected a hell of a lot more- not a defective product. Not a happy customer.”
