“Fantastic quality linen, excellent customer service and fast delivery with plastic free packaging. As a consumer, like most people I look at how a company markets themselves, communicates with its customers, provides deals and uses social media to show what their product looks like not only in a beautiful stages environment but also everyday homes. I’ve purchased 7 I Love Linen duvets, with my first being back in 2017 and have been a loyal customer ever since. No reason to change.”

“Linen lover here, but this brand of sheets wears out very fast. I have explained to customer service but they did not think there was anything wrong with this. Purchase if you are happy for 2-3 years intermittent wear only. Very disappointing for linen sheets that are advertised as premium quality.”

“Nothing matches bedding down between linen sheets, or indeed waking up with them. The feeling is simply wonderful and well worth the extra, but not that much extra, investment from the nearest 'competitor', fine cotton. Oh, wasn't that the name of a racehorse? How about one called 'Flax Linen'? And, back on target, the customer services was great, with updated communication about the order.”
