Linen lover here, but this brand of sheets wears out very fast. I have explained to customer service but they did not think there was anything wrong with this. Purchase if you are happy for 2-3 years intermittent wear only. Very disappointing for linen sheets that are advertised as premium quality.

Terrible delivery service. I put in my order 8 days ago, and I still have not received the item and no correspondence either. Yet the order receipt quoted 3-8 days for receipt. According to the Tracker on your website, the order has not progressed since I ordered it. Factoring in the 1 day public holiday, this is still very unacceptable.

Poor customer service, ripping people off hundreds of dollars. I purchased a full set of bedding. After completing the payment, I realised that there was a “build your own bundle (BUOB)” option. For every item I had already purchased for $1000(!!), I could have purchased them in the BUOB for only $800. When I contacted the company, I pretty much received a “too bad” email. I think this kind of customer service is quite disgusting & I will not be shopping here again. Nor will I be recommending this company (as I previously have)

Purchased a fitted sheet last May it’s already thread bare, very disappointed in the quality for the price. Definitely don’t recommend.

I purchased a sheet set, along with a duvet cover. The fitted sheet has three large holes, preciously where my hips lay in the bed. The fabric there has become extremely worn, and so I have to purchase a new fitted sheet. It’s been maybe three years? For reference I am 5’5 110lbs. It’s a shame because I really loved this set.

I was so excited to purchase a whole set from I love linen but the comforter does not stay whatsoever in the duvet cover. I’ve tried two and it slides all around bunching and waking me up all through out the night. I regret this expensive purchase. Highly do not recommend

Whilst I was excited about my order, the quality, and receiving the products, the products have proven to be the worst doona / quilt covers I’ve ever had. My children and I constantly have to ‘re do’ settings yet less e pensive covers require nothing like this. Complete waste of money for me.

I purchased a french flax linen fitted sheet queen size and a french flax linen quily cover set for a total of $426 from their website. The product arrived and I tried it and it irritated my skin and was super uncomfortable. I only used it for a couple of nights maximum. When I reported this to the company they did not care at all and told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund or a store credit and there's nothing they could do at all. I tried to explain to them the situation but yet they did not offer me any refund, they claimed they cannot because the product was used. I explained to them that almost every online mattress company offers 100 to 365 night trial of their mattress and even though they cannot sell them again, they offer a full refund if you do not like the mattress for whatever reason. $426 is a lot for sheets, if they are confident in their product and they make enough sales shouldn't they offer refunds to consumers who don't end up agreeing with it? It irritated my skin and made me sweaty and uncomfortable, it didn't agree with me at all. Is there no protection at all for consumers like me? How many people have been fooled or lost money because of this. How are you meant to know without trying how it feel or how your skin will react to it? So once you try it that's it, you lose hundreds of dollars? How come the mattress companies who charge a lot more and have a much more costly product don't need to do that and offer you a return on their products?

While we understand linen was not for you and you developed a reaction to the fabric, this unfortunately does not fall within our manufacturing fault return policy as the items had been slept in and were not in condition to be resold, in this case there was also no fault with the items. We state on our website that we require bedding to be in original folded condition to be returned as we want to ensure all of our valued customers know they are purchasing brand new and unused linen. Really disappointed with the quality of the product. My hopes were high after reading great reviews but the pillows I paid $100 were terrible and did not provide the support promised in the description. Nothing like the full and fluffy hotel pillows I was seeking.

I was very disappointed that the colour of the Marine Blue linen looks nothing like the colour in the image on your website. I was also very disappointed to have to pay return postage. This means I’ve paid over $20 just to view the product to find the colour wasn’t as shown online.

Ordered from Australia site because the US site didn’t have the lilac linen. The Queen duvet is so short and when I complained they said the Australian sizes are different??? I said how are the Queen beds different sizes? Makes no sense and customer service did nothing to help!!! Stay away and order from any other company!!!

I have bought two fitted sheets from I Love Linen and both have worn through within 12 months. The sheet is not fit for purpose. This is unacceptable given the price point. I am unable to recommend and will not be a return customer.

I bought 100% cotton turkish towels many years ago. After one wash they were the size of large tea towels. Though promised a replacement, I got many excuses why they hadn't been sent ( customer service was sick, then their mother was gravely ill) Long story short, towels were used as rags and I never ordered from them again. Not sure why they keep re-adding me to their mailing list.
