“Good as always. My only complaint being that I get the site didn’t make it very clear that the pants weren’t included in the sale. This is the third pair I have purchased over the years so obviously I really like them but next time I’ll make sure about sale items🤪”

“I think the necklace is beautiful! 😍 In 2018 it was bigger and more personalization was possible, for cheaper. I had concerns about my order and the lack tracking number. Angie responded the same day and reassured me everything went through and I would have it by Christmas. This time around the delivery was so fast, and no issues with the delivery. I was suppose to be delivered on December 11th and it came in on December 05.. I ordered on the 23rd of November and needed corrections on the 25th of November (my error), and Angie made sure it happened. Order the 23rd of November. Corrections on the 25th. Shipped out on the 29th of November and received on the 5th of December. I intend to purchase another one, very soon.”

“Love the look of our new duvet! However, it is quite a bit bigger than our duvet inner which is meant to be the same side. So unfortunately it falls to one side which is rather annoying.”

“I absolutely love their sheets and duvet covers. Packaged beautifully and delivered very promptly. I would have given 5* if they responded to their emails or answered messages on their phone. Unfortunately I have called and emailed more than once and never received a response.”

“Love the product, that is why I came back a third time. It is Sleep-Heaven to be sure. The concern for me, being a Senior, ordering online this time was rather confusing. Could be me and my skill level, but I thought to feedback. I somehow got the size of the sheet wrong? And I do remember when ordering before, I went for pillow cases, and they came in one at an order, rather than 2 in an order? I will reorder what I want, and will more closely at the selection types.”

Hi Elija, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! Flax as a plant is quite course and will soften over time with use and washing. All of our French linen is stone washed in the manufacturing process and if you wish to speed up the softening even more, you can pop this into your washing machine on a low cycle a few more times without detergent :) Feel free to reach out to Help@ilovelinen.com.au where we can further assist you. “Just received this beautiful product, feels amazing, exactly what I was expecting. I also bought pillow cases and quilt cover - Had it ordered to UK, had no idea it would be stopped at UK customs and I was forced to pay £120 in tax/duty. Before I realised this was a UK gov issue, I contacted I Love Linen by phone from within Australia a dozen times over several days, left name and number. No one ever got back to me.”
