Just received this beautiful product, feels amazing, exactly what I was expecting. I also bought pillow cases and quilt cover - Had it ordered to UK, had no idea it would be stopped at UK customs and I was forced to pay £120 in tax/duty. Before I realised this was a UK gov issue, I contacted I Love Linen by phone from within Australia a dozen times over several days, left name and number. No one ever got back to me.
