Honestly I love your sheets, I love your colour choices but I don’t think the quality is amazing. 1 of my sets only lasted a year and a half before wearing through 💔

Dear , I love linen, I have purchased a lot of linen and must say that I am disappointed with the softness and texture.. On the whole it is coarse … there has been the white linen which is softer and the camel yet that’s the exception..

Hi Lauren, I love the mattress topper we bought, its very comfy but I was really disappointed to see that it can't be washed in any way and you recommend replacing after 12 months. I didn't see this on the website and If I had known I would've saved up and purchased a more expensive down version as I believe that is quite wasteful to replace every year. Such a shame as I do like it, hopefully you can consider ways to make this product more sustainable in the future.

While the colour did not look anything like the photos (and was significantly different, way more than the up to 6% variation in the colour mentioned on their webpage), the return and refund process was hassle-free and quick, but I had to pay for the shipping.

When I ordered from I Love Linen, I looked through everything on their website to find the most affordable thing but something I would love. I settled on a bamboo quilt cover set. The website was not clear that I was to put my own comforter inside the cover I was sent, so when I received it, I was very confused and disappointed. It didn’t look at all like the picture on the website even once I added the comforter inside. I reached out to customer service to express how my expectations were not met and I was disappointed, asking for some kind of compensation for all the money I just paid for for something I don’t love. I was told since it wasn’t faulty they couldn’t help me. While it is a nice comforter, I felt misled from the website into what I was buying and then wasn’t offered any incentive to try a different cover or get free shipping on a return or anything. I felt forced into keeping it. This has led me to not want to buy from this website again.

I can see one of our friendly team members from customer care have been in correspondence with you regarding this. We try and make the contents of this set very clear on the product pages, and all of our quilt covers are shot with an insert inside the cover. Bamboo as a fabric is quite sleek and not full and fluffy, depending on your quilt insert will depend on how full this looks, we use our our own Hotel cloud quilts which are very thick and offer that cloud like fullness. I do love the colours of the bath mat I bought but unfortunately when I washed it , it frayed quite badly on the edges and a lot of the fabric came off in the wash (a gentle cycle) and I had a rather full lint collector in the machine. I feel bad to have to give it negative comments !

I bought the Ruby shirt, Relaxed shorts and Lounge pants each in palm green. They are comfortable to wear all day. I love the colour of the shirt because it is a lovely green but the pants and shorts are more of a khaki colour and don’t match the shirt. I wish I had sent them back. The shirt is designed as oversized but the sleeves are too big for me; they actually pulled a knife off my chopping board because they are so flared. I need to be careful when wearing it.

Customer service tried to be helpful but there was a lot of twoing and froing. In the end, I requested a refund of some items but they just processed a change to the order as they saw suitable. Responses were prompt and polite though. Unfortunately the Palm Green shirt and pant are different colours/shades. Glad I got them at a sale price. The natural colours are nice though.

I purchased the pinstripe fitted sheet in King as well as sage double sided cover and free pillow cases. The product arrived beautifully packaged and the quality of linen is good. I am however dissatisfied with the sizing guide which I followed online suggesting to size up. My king sheet bunches up and is really uncomfortable. I wrote to the help at I love linen email address and attached pictures of the sheet on my bed. I received no response from customer service. Whilst I’d love to say I loved my product I am disappointed in both the lack of response from customer service and the sizing guide.

I love the fabric and the colour, but the pillowcases were very roughly made and I needed to remake them. I did that and now they look good.

Unfortunately the marine blue sheets and the marine blue stripe DON'T MATCH in colour. So disappointing after spending so much money on this linen.

Great product and gorgeous quality linen but for the price point I'm so gutted to read on the tag where your products are made. I feel this offsets any sustainability credentials you're promoting, and it really disappoints me to learn that these sheets literally travel the world before making their way to my bedroom. Sad face. I've deducted two stars because of this.

I expected I love linen curtains to be wonderful. It may be because I am comparing them with other beautiful sheer linen curtains I have bought (no longer available as otherwise I wouldn't have bought these.) They're okay but the word sheer is a little misleading - they are quite thick although you can still just see through them. The quality of the actual linen seems very good but the design is rather disappointing - the tabs are heavy and not well spaced - more like Ikea standards. Just to emphasise, my disappointment may be because I am comparing them with other really lovely ones (which for the record were also Australian made). Presentation (bag) and customer service as always, very good and the price reasonable.
