Hi Lauren, Thank you for your follow up. I received the quilt cover and the free pillow cases a couple of weeks ago. They are lovely. However, I can only say that comparing to a lot of store's discounted products with reasonable quality of fabric, the $270 I spent was a bit over priced. But lovely to try out I Love Linen as I have been following your IG for quite some time and this is the first time I make a purchase from you.

Delivery was great and had no issues! I love the 4 pillows I got, the quilt is also great (!) but the mattress topper is very clumpy and I feel every single square. It’s like the feathers have set together and won’t fluff out no matter how much I try to break the feathers apart. Love the brand regardless, just wouldn’t recommend the topper which is a shame because I’d recommend everything else.

Overall I am fairly happy with the linen quality of most items I have purchased. I like that the white linen form ilovelinen is a nice and crisp white.

Your products are really beautiful. Nice and soft and lovely colours. However, one of the items I ordered was preorder, and ended up taking two months longer than what it said on the website. I waited a little while before emailing, enquiring about the delayed preorder and wondering when it was estimated to actually arrive, however it would have been nice to receive some communication from the company (without me pursuing it) when they became aware that the preorder was delayed. Only one of my items was preorder, so perhaps when they realised there would be such a big delay, they could have sent my other purchases so my whole order wasn’t held up an extra two months (on top of the time I had already waited for the initial preorder date; 3 months all up).

Hello Aimee. I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry your items took longer than expected. I would like to assure you that this is not a standard occurrence for us, unfortunately, due to Covid19 our supply chain was heavily delayed and left some customers waiting longer than expected. We did send out communications updating the customers affected, though it appears not everyone received these messages. We have now put in place new processes to make sure these errors do not happen again. I really do apologise for the delay and would like to assure you these issues are not common here at I Love Linen. I am delighted you ended up loving our linen. Happy sleeping x

Misses 5 stars for me for 2 reasons 1) for the price I would expect to be able to fully unfold the piece to be able to determine whether the color works in my space. I did not see (until I later looked it up online) that it is not returnable if it is unfolded. If that’s the case, again for the price, a simple notification on the packaging regarding this important info would be necessary and a more transparent communication of your policy. I don’t love the color of my item (more brown green than blue green in person) but I can’t send it back and that’s a bit of a bummer. 2) the closure is a series of loose ties. It looks unfinished and sloppy. Since the bottom portion is visible first when you walk into the room- it’s quite a bummer it doesn’t look more like a finished higher end item. A simple button closure would have looked more streamlined. I have to give it an extra tuck under to achieve that look.

I don't think the French Linen sheets are as good as the bamboo, even though almost double the cost. I have both.

Colours and pattern are as pictured, quick delivery ! But : the king size bedding definitely should have some kind of attachment for the quilt itself inside it, because with the very oversized cover no quilt is where it should be. Further : all inside seams are very narrow and In don't believe they will last very long, before I have to re-sew them all.

Received my doona cover but still waiting for the pillow cases promoted in 2020. Order filling is slow.

Hi I was a little disappointed with the colour that I recieved. The quality is lovely but although the sage pillowcases were perfect the sandlewood was too pale and I am not very happy with them.
