I quite like the sheet but I ordered double and you sent me a queen which is very awkward on my bed. The pillowcases are cheaply put together with insecure closure.

I enjoy the sheets. Bit disappointed at how they fade. I know you say the care instructions but my gingham sheets are almost white now. The one thing that stopped me purchasing is the point system. My husband bought me a $250 voucher and we weren’t able to combine the points he got with my exisiting points. I thought that was a bit tight. Also when I went to redeem what points I did have I could only use one lot. I feel I have spent a lot on linen with you, obviously not as much as others but to me it has cost a fortune and to think I couldn’t combine my points with my husbands (who would never purchase) turned me off and why I buy elsewhere. Thanks.

On a friend's recommendation i ordered the extra deep fitted sheet and it was way too big. Unused but couldn't return as I'd opened the package so read the fine lrint about returns policy. The quilt cover was missing a draw string so had to return for repair/replacement. Sheets are ok, in my opinion not as good as other brands like Sheridan. Overall wasn't good value in my personal experience.

The bamboo eye mask is lovely and soft, but way too big. Unless you have a very large head, the strap will not stay on, making it useless.

Within 2 years of purchase, the linen sheets had a huge rip in them, despite only using them for probably less than half that time as I switch out with my Brooklinen brand I’ve had 4+ years with no issues. Reached out to customer service that offered 30% on a new set of sheets, then let me know that code won’t work for months while they had their summer sale.. so what even was the point.. either I wait and buy it for more than it costs now with summer sale using their “special discount” or I buy it now for same price as everyone even though I already paid $600 for a complete set.. I was encouraged to reach out to them because a friend who ripped their Brooklinen and admitted to the company it was their fault, but asked if they can help received a full sheet set replacement for free as a courtesy for being a loyal customer, and I thought given how expensive I love linen is they may also treat loyal customers similarly. Sorry to say I’ve had a couple of people since this incident as me what brand I recommend and i told them to stay away from I love linen.

Your "returns policy" statement is so hard to find! I purchased a Hotel King Doona specifically because it said "suitable for all seasons". Beware, this is not a summer doona and once opened cannot be returned - just laid on top of bed to check. Won't be back!

The items are very good and the service is perfect. The prices and shipping to the United States. however, are too expensive. I wish that you could offer the same quality, more competitive prices and seek international shipping become cost effective. This is the reason I have not been able to purchase more. The shipping cost is many times double than the purchase price.

Fast shipping. While the main sheet quality seems fine, the elastic on the fitted sheet is thin and feels cheap and loose, I don't think it will be long lasting at all. Of course, I only discovered this by taking the sheet out of its drawstring bag and partially unfolding it, which according to the returns policy voids my eligibility to return it. Perhaps the brand could include more informative photos on their website, otherwise I suggest exploring other brands.

I really hate having to leave a 2 star review but I was so excited to receive my new pillows, only to be very disappointed.. the fabric quality , packaging, pillow protectors were all excellent but instead of a beautifully supportive, full pillow they almost went flat when I used them .. unfortunately they fell way short of my beautiful 5 star hotel pillow expectations

I'm disappointed with the colour, it is more washed-out than depicted in the photos, thus resulting in an expensive return at $21.10. It would have been helpful to know the cost of the return shipping cost before I purchased this item.

Delivery was fast and pillows soft but for $100 it was not worth it because it wasn’t full so when you laid on it, your head would feel like it was laying on just a sheet of softness & then the mattress. Needs more filling. I have a $30 pillow from Kmart as a decorative pillow & that is more fluffy & comfy. Really disappointed.

Eye mask wasn’t good. Too small and too tight, not comfy at all couldn’t even wear for a sleep. The linen is nice but yeah wouldn’t recommend.

I love the product, I love that I get to support a local business but I'm finding the current system really difficult to choose colours. The web is currently the only way to select colours at this point and they aren't quite what shows up. The swatches are available but the latest colours aren't available in the system to select which makes guessing how colours fit with your decor really difficult. I requested the opportunity to come by the warehouse and look more closely as I live locally. This was denied due to COVID which I completely understand but I'm still back to square one. I saw bed threads recently has a whole swatch sample pallette available where you can select their whole colour range! When you are encouraging people to have 3 sets of linen to prolong the life of your linen it makes this difficult to have a nice looking bedroom when you can't figure out what colours go with your existing set. First world problems I know, but I am very careful with investments and I want to have this for years and love my selection. Also, posting the box back locally will be expensive and it would be much more convenient to cut out Aus Post (the middle man) and drop off the parcel myself rather than wait in line at a Post Office - haven't been to one in years! Again I understand the need for safety during COVID but can there be any exceptions to this for a COVID safe exchange? I hope there could be an approach taken where we learnt to live with this virus in a COVID safe way that doesn't impact on customer experience or employee safety. Again, I love your product and love that I can support a beautiful local business. This just seems to be an ongoing issue for me every time I go to purchase and it's a pain point :(

The pillows I purchased were supposed to be five star hotel pillows, so naturally I thought they would be really good. The pillows when you lie on them your head ends up touching the mattress so I would not classed this as five star. I was very disappointed in the pillows as I purchased six of them and gave four away as Christmas presents. And I have also been told by the people I gave those to as gifts , that they are not what they’re claiming to be. I did ask for a refund on the ones that hadn’t been opened before I gave them away as presents, (which then I was very reluctant to do so as I was unhappy with them, but I did not tell them I was disappointed in them until they let me know that they thought that the pillows in there opinion were not 5 star luxury hotel quality.) I was told that they don’t do refunds on white goods which white goods are electrical .very disappointed with your claims and product.

2 stars for the product but unfortunately lost 3 stars for the dismal customer service. Products arrived months and months after quoted delivery date and despite me asking for products to shipped in separate shipments when they became available- this was never arranged as promised. This is the reason why I have not ordered again.

When you buy a gift, you expect it wrapped correctly. Eco friendly or not, choosing to give some customers boxes when the spend bigger amounts, shows the greed ,not the eco ,side of a business. Although my sisters loved there aprons,I wont be buying again form this business..
