Sadly I cannot give I Love Linen their usual five star review, it’s not because their product isn’t great, it’s because their Terms and Conditions are somewhat misleading in that important ancillary information on other T&C’s is not included in the panel that you review when agreeing to them. The story, in short. Purchased the wrong size quilt cover only to find when looking up how to return the set that the good are not returnable if they are removed from their packaging. This condition was not listed in the sale T&C’s. I wrote seeking an exemption and was simply referred to the T&C’s. I wrote again asking to discuss this over the phone as they weren’t taking calls as they were busy. I did get a call back and after some discussion the administrator agreed to review the goods upon return to see if they were fit to be returned, this despite the fact that I had stated that I intended to purchase the correct size at an additional cost of $100 as the original purchase was a Black Friday deal, the difference then was only $30. I got a refund less $15 for original postage costs despite this condition not appearing anywhere on their website when I reviewed the T&C’s. I wrote and asked for a refund pointing out you can’t hold customers to account to conditions they are not advised of up front. It appears they like to make the rules up as they go with little regard for Consumer Law. What really annoys me is that I’ve purchased four sets of sheets, the quilt cover and pillowcases over the last three or so years, well over $1500 and I’ve been treated like the. Extremely disappointed, be wary.

I have been buying your products for years and love them. However my last order has been a bit of a let down. It’s nearly 4 weeks since I ordered it and whilst it’s not your fault, there has been no attempt by your staff to follow up with Aus post. Since we have purchased a larger bed I had to go out and buy linen as my order has not come. I have found the help with this matter most disappointing. I was always going to order something else, I just no longer had the need for this order which is somewhere out there.

Finally decided to make an order on a few items ive had my eye on, confirmed and paid. Only to then get notified that one of the items were out of stock and won't have them in stock until an uncertain amount of time... I would have expected the website to say it was out of stock first before going through with my payment... anyway, I was then given the option to split post and deliver one of the items first and wait until other item comes in stock. Fast forward over a month... i still haven't received the first item... can i say I love I Love Linen? Not sure, because I don't have any of the products I've purchased...

I was sucked in with ‘hotel quality’ it really wasn’t unfortunately and I was stuck with 2 very low profile pillows which isn’t for me or anyone in my family… it’s super low and too soft, my head could almost feel my mattress..

The colour on the website didn’t accurately reflect the product. I knew it was risky given the two different shades (filter?) in two different photos .

Unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the best with ilovelinen. I placed my order on 01/04 and understood there was a delay until end of April on a product I ordered and my order wouldn’t be dispatched until then. I contacted ilovelinen in mid May as I hadn’t heard from them regarding my order. I was told the out of stock product was still a couple of weeks away from becoming in stock. I didn’t hear from them again and contacted them after this time to receive an update. They offered for me have the remainder of my order dispatched which I accepted. I received this on 15/06. I still haven’t heard from them as to when I will receive the out of stock product, it has been 3 months. It’s just a little disheartening when you save up to spend $629 on a brands products and receive no communication from them. I have had to reach out each time for updates.

Product itself is great. But took close to 2 months to arrive. Poor communication - i had to follow up on the wait time myself. I received a nice email back, but it had no explanation for the wait or likely arrival. When I asked for clarity I didn’t get a response.

I want to write a great review but to be honest I was pretty disappointed. The colour of the bedspread was nothing like the picture and the linen was very course. I wish I'd sent it back before the wash. :(

I purchased a short and shirt set after seeing it on someone but the sizing was huge!!!! I think my girlfriend may have purchased a different set a while ago?? I was really disappointed in saying that I loved the colour. I have bought one elsewhere and the colour isn't as nice...

My items took far too long to arrive. You have the excuse that you where busy. Hello it is Christmas of course you would be busy. Didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. Maybe put more staff on
