Unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the best with ilovelinen. I placed my order on 01/04 and understood there was a delay until end of April on a product I ordered and my order wouldn’t be dispatched until then. I contacted ilovelinen in mid May as I hadn’t heard from them regarding my order.
I was told the out of stock product was still a couple of weeks away from becoming in stock. I didn’t hear from them again and contacted them after this time to receive an update. They offered for me have the remainder of my order dispatched which I accepted. I received this on 15/06. I still haven’t heard from them as to when I will receive the out of stock product, it has been 3 months. It’s just a little disheartening when you save up to spend $629 on a brands products and receive no communication from them. I have had to reach out each time for updates.
