This linen is amazing and the colours are perfect…however the stitching on pillowcase started to come undone on first gentle wash

I ordered one Hotel Cloud Collection™ 5 star hotel pillow and received a second one free. They were delivered within days of ordering. However, if you are looking for the perfect hotel pillow that is full and keeps your head off the mattress, these ones will be disappointing as you sink into them.

Really amazing, but quite expensive and the sheet set doesn't include the quilt cover unfortunately.

I recently bought the beige gingham sheets after having got the same quilt cover late last year. The quilt cover was beautifully soft and not at all scratchy, a little oversized for my king doona but all in all great quality. The sheets however have come in a slightly greyer beige and are very scratchy! I assumed that being the same beige gingham linen print it would be the same, but it’s a slightly different colour and doesn’t have the same feel. Love the feel and colour for the quilt cover but feel very let down over the colour and feel of the sheets.

I have 3 sets of sheets the quality is amazing! I have recommended many people to this company,this bag has quiete short handles so difficult to put over shoulder ... the only fault is customer relations ! Which now makes me reconsider buying here any more.

This is my honest appraisal : ) Pros - looks cool Cons - bottom sheet needs to be ‘rested’ ie not recommended to use all the time - delicate clean only. susceptible to sun damage if kept out on the line - very expensive - does not feel luxurious like Egyptian cotton

Difficult to rate delivery service as I don't have the product as yet. Item ordered 3/10/2021. Collected by AustPost on 6/10/2021 and I am yet to receive the order as at 21/10/2021. Granted the liability rest with AustPost and not I Love Linen band hence my 3/5 score as the liability still rests somewhat with I Love Lineen. Have lodged an enquiry with AustPost but limited response from them.

Only giving it a three star because there were so many bits of thread that I had to cut off, which I’m hoping won’t affect the longevity of the sheets. Not feeling very confident about the quality, otherwise Beautiful colour!

Product great. That's 5 stars. Delivery time UNACCEPTABLE - Upon ordering in mid March, the eta was late March, and I was happy to wait two weeks. I didnt received the pillowcases until 8 May. I would only consider purchasing again, but only something that is already in Stock. An acknowledgement in regards to the delay in the original promised eta would have been nice.

Hi Kathryn, I can understand how frustrating it is to wait a long time for your order. I assure you this is not standard for us. We did have unexpected delays & sent out a notification to all customers affected. We later found that a few people had the communications go to their junk, which is definitely frustrating. The products are great; I’ve been buying them for years and love everything I have purchased (which is a lot). Points off for the rewards system, where you can’t use points in conjunction with a sale, and let’s be honest, no one buys these products at full price. It’s a bit like the 20% off linen all the time; what’s the point? Seems a bit disingenuous too asking for only favourable reviews.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for your follow up. I received the quilt cover and the free pillow cases a couple of weeks ago. They are lovely. However, I can only say that comparing to a lot of store's discounted products with reasonable quality of fabric, the $270 I spent was a bit over priced. But lovely to try out I Love Linen as I have been following your IG for quite some time and this is the first time I make a purchase from you.
