The products are great; I’ve been buying them for years and love everything I have purchased (which is a lot).
Points off for the rewards system, where you can’t use points in conjunction with a sale, and let’s be honest, no one buys these products at full price. It’s a bit like the 20% off linen all the time; what’s the point?
Seems a bit disingenuous too asking for only favourable reviews.
