I purchased a french flax linen fitted sheet queen size and a french flax linen quily cover set for a total of $426 from their website. The product arrived and I tried it and it irritated my skin and was super uncomfortable. I only used it for a couple of nights maximum. When I reported this to the company they did not care at all and told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund or a store credit and there's nothing they could do at all. I tried to explain to them the situation but yet they did not offer me any refund, they claimed they cannot because the product was used. I explained to them that almost every online mattress company offers 100 to 365 night trial of their mattress and even though they cannot sell them again, they offer a full refund if you do not like the mattress for whatever reason. $426 is a lot for sheets, if they are confident in their product and they make enough sales shouldn't they offer refunds to consumers who don't end up agreeing with it? It irritated my skin and made me sweaty and uncomfortable, it didn't agree with me at all. Is there no protection at all for consumers like me? How many people have been fooled or lost money because of this. How are you meant to know without trying how it feel or how your skin will react to it? So once you try it that's it, you lose hundreds of dollars? How come the mattress companies who charge a lot more and have a much more costly product don't need to do that and offer you a return on their products?
