“I ordered my first duvet from I love linen, and when I received it noticed that there was a large run in the middle of the fabric. I contacted I love linen and sent a photo of the fault. They were very apologetic and said they would immediately send a replacement. A month later and I’m still waiting for the replacement.. Hoping that I haven’t wasted nearly $00 cry”
