This is the most amazing quilt, just like a cloud. I am totally in love with it. I read reviews before buying and have no regrets. It may be a little warm for summer but Ixll be back for a new summer quilt if it is. Couldnxt be happier with my purchase.

Duvet is way too heavy for me and no idea how they could even begin to describe it as "light-weight" - I thought it would be lighter and better for summer than my down duvet, seeing they do call it "light-weight" - this is the heaviest duvet I have ever felt (probably suit someone who prefers a lot of weight to their duvet...it is not much lighter than my weighted blanket, heavier than my winter silk duvet and, compared to my feathered friends medium weight down duvet, which is better suited to a canadian winter, is about 5 times heavier - I use their summer weight for Sydney winters). The reason for low rating is not so much quality but that, if it is not quite right, there is no return policy, despite all the advertising about their return policy and a 365 night guarantee (this is purely advertising - there is actually no guarantee, if there is no ability to return - I also think their "Sale" is purely advertising as well to create sense of urgency, as it has been "on sale" forever). They do have a returns policy, on the surface, but it cannot be used, unless it is just a colour change of mind, which is totally irrelevant for a duvet......the issue with their return policy is, the second you open the plastic, you cant return it...which would be fine if the plastic wrap was not massively heavy plastic and vacuum-sealed, meaning you cannot assess anything about the product, except for colour, without opening it. They claim this is health and safety regulation but that is BS, given every single other duvet company will allow for returns, providing it is unused, in perfect condition (if others, including brands like Downia, who would be more regulated given they are sold in Myer etc, are allowed, according to health and safety regulations, then there is nothing preventing I Love Linen, except their own desire)...this duvet was taken out of the heavy plastic, immediately realised it was also too heavy for what I needed it for, immediately returned it to the plastic, put it back in the box and reached out to company, only to be told it is now not in a returnable condition. The products are nice but, given I am just as equally happy with my Micro Cloud Bedding Topper, I cant see myself risking using I Love Linen again, as, if I am not entirely happy, I am now having to find storage or become a reseller or just throw away hundreds of dollars on nothing - I can get just as good product from Micro Cloud (I actually think their topper provides a little more pressure point relief and is better temperature regulating anyway)...it is a little more expensive but, given it can be returned, it evens out. There is far too much online luxury bedding now, both in Australia and globally, at the same price point, for I Love Linen to compete properly with their returns policy as it is (and most of these companies understand expense and inability to buy numerous versions of bedding and provide excellent descriptions, swatches, returns and swap policies - because, once you find excellent bedding online, you are likely to stick with the same company for years and years, given feel is such an important factor in bedding and most times you are buying online and untouched). Their linen is nice, but not as nice as Cultiver, their topper is almost equivalent to the Micro Cloud Bedding one and their duvet doesn't seem any cooler, lighter or cheaper than a proper down duvet, like Feathered Friends or Bonny (that will provide same warmth, much lighter and cloudier, and natural fibres...and likely much better for australian summer). If the item arrives, and it suits your needs, and there is no question about whether you may want to return it, you will likely be very happy with I Love Linen, as they are top notch quality. I suggest I Love Linen change their returns policy, sends the product in packaging that allows the product to be assessed, without needing to open the packaging, OR more accurately describe the product on the product page (eg provide weight, fill power) so consumers are less likely to make an incorrect decision - one of these 3 things would have saved me $250 and, the lack of any of these things, shows me they did not put too much thought on the customer experience (if you dont allow for returns for unopened packages - which I think, on its own, is reasonable - then make your packaging easier to assess the product from within....IMO, basic common sense, if you care about customers not wasting their money). On positive side, a rough sleeper will inherit it and hopefully get some comfort from it.
