“I ordered this hamper for my grandad’s birthday from Australia, so I wanted to make sure it was something really special. It arrived beautifully presented and he absolutely loved it. The customer service was amazing too! they were so helpful and genuinely cared about making everything right. “I wasn’t able to see my dad on Father’s Day this year due to a charity event that I took part in. Having had a great experience with Imp & Maker previously, I decided to buy him a hamper that could be delivered on the day. The only issue we had was that the delivery company decided to leave the hamper in a communal area and didn’t actually deliver it to the correct address. However, this was down to DPD rather than Imp & Maker - just for them to be aware of. Once my dad had managed to find the parcel, he absolutely loved it. He was very excited about the wine because he hadn’t tried that one before, but he said it was lovely. He’s also a huge fan of cheese, and he was really happy with the variety in the hamper. As per usual, 10/10 hamper :)”
