“I ordered a Christmas hamper as a gift for my father, who was spending Christmas alone. Unfortunately, the delivery was attempted to the wrong house number a few doors away and the hamper was never delivered to him. It was subsequently sent back to the company and they confirmed they had received this. No one contacted me at the time to resolve the issue, even though it could easily have been fixed. Instead, I was later told I would need to pay again for all items to be replaced, including items that were not perishable. The only help offered was a small discount code for a future order. What upset me most was the complete lack of empathy or accountability. This was a Christmas present that never arrived, and rather than trying to make things right, the company chose to blame the customer and refuse to help with goods that were never delivered. Extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend ordering from this company, particularly for gifts or time-sensitive orders.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the contents of the breakfast box I received this morning for my birthday. Everything was of the best quality: the mushrooms were as if they had been picked before breakfast today; the egg yolks were golden yellow; a generous amount of back bacon slices; proper tomato ketchup; an amazing white, light, soft and fluffy sourdough loaf; tasty coffee bags, and teabags as well;l and other delicious items. A 10/10 from me.”

“I ordered this hamper for family and thought it would not arrive quickly at such a busy time of year but much to my surprise and delight it arrived the very next day after I had ordered it.
