“Product range and presentation was extremely well recieved. Top level way the Hamper is put together and all the products and brands are of the highest quality. Would highly recommend Imp & Maker for those special ocassions for family and loved ones. A hamper for all occasions.”

“After doing plenty of research across different companies offering corporate gifts, IMP and Maker really stood out. Their professionalism is clear across the board. The website looks great, functions perfectly, and the hampers are beautifully presented with real care. It gave me that luxury feel I was aiming for. What impressed me even more was their concierge service. At one point, I wasn’t sure what to order for a client, so I decided to give them a call (in all honesty, I didn't expect the phone to be answered just based on my usual customer service experiences with companies across the board). A team member answered my call swiftly, heard me out, and connected me with Sarah, the owner, who took the time to understand my requirements and suggested a few gift options that tend to land really well based on her experience and my situation. I was genuinely impressed by that level of service. I’ve ordered from IMP and Maker several times now, and our clients absolutely love the welcome gifts. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to go the extra mile and leave a lasting impression.”
