“⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased two hampers from IMP & MAKER as Father's Day gifts, expecting to receive the products exactly as advertised on their website. Unfortunately, neither hamper contained the wine that was listed in the product description. The first hamper, the White Wine & Beer Posh Pub In A Box, was advertised as containing The Black Pig Pinot Grigio 2023, but instead I received Pinot Grigio Superiore Breganze DOC by Cantina Beato Bartolomeo. The second hamper, The Black Pig Red Wine & Artisan Cheese Gift Hamper, was advertised as containing The Black Pig The Prize Shiraz 2021, but instead a bottle of Fili Prosecco Extra Dry was supplied. These were purchased as special Father's Day gifts, and I specifically chose them based on the products shown and described on the website. Discovering that both hampers contained different wines was upsetting and embarrassing, particularly as they were gifts for family members. To make matters worse, this was not a one-off error but two separate hampers with contents that did not match the advertised descriptions. The wines advertised were clearly named in both the product listings and descriptions, yet entirely different products were supplied. I have contacted customer services and requested a resolution. However, based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully check their orders as the contents received may not match what is advertised. Very disappointing experience.”
