“Lovely looking presentation box and contents well packed for delivery & freshness. Was very well received by the recipient as it was a (special birthday) present for someone who has everything by now. I did however feel I needed to add a chutney to complete the contents and its enjoyment. Altogether I was pleased with the hamper as a gift.”

“Ive used IMP & Maker before and have always been super satisfied. Unfortunatly this Christmas one of my gifts got lost and was not delivered. Very disappointed. However, the way the company handled it was great, professional, and they still have my support”

“A wonderful hamper thank you but there were 2 broken eggs, I assume the hamper was delivered either last night or this morning(18 Dec) ( I haven't yet opened emails) and the £20 off next order voucher expired on30/11/25!!! Apart from this... a marvellous selection. Chris”

“Everything looks good, although I haven't looked through everything in the hamper. I noticed you had added what looks like an invoice, without any price, in the envelope containing the message. But if the envelope is intended for the recipient this is inappropriate. It's a good job I steamed it open to check.”

“Service from your member of staff was very good, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for delivery. This was due to be next day on our son in law’s birthday but actually arrived two days later.”
