“This was my first ever Imperial Candle, I was so tempted by the Berry-tones and the Vanilla! I could smell this candle before I'd even opened it, it smelled good enough to eat. It;s early strong, but not to the effect that it is overpowering. When I lit it, I could certainly smell the Berry and Vanilla tones, but there was also a rather smoky smell coming from the candle, no matter what I did (trimmed the wicks down to the appropriate size, etc) the smell would not shift. Which is a shame because you could tell it was going to be a lovely candle. I have ordered another scent to try out, so hopefully this one doesnt suffer the same fate!”
