“Parcel arrived 2 days late. One item of 3 was damaged and company would not replace nor refund due to not being reported within 48 hrs. This is a terrible policy that does not take into account personnel not being in when items arrive. Had it arrived on time then i would have been abke to check, but regardless it is a terrible policy that means that i now have to give a dangerous gift of a candle within a broken glass”

“I bought the winter wonderland candle. Burned the candle down and retrieved the lovely ring inside. Since then the candle has burned very low. I've tried to extend the length of the wicks by scraping away any wax round them but this doesn't work. I have over half a candle left that I can't seem to burn. Very disappointed for the amount it cost.”
