“I ordered the candle on 28th September it did not arrive until 6th October when I called them on 5th October they told me it would be dispatched today on the fifth day when I asked why they dispatch on the fifth day when the postage you pay for is 3-5 days. The lady I spoke too, could not give me any answers and when I said that I wouldn't purchase from them again she just said oh okay then. She was not helpful at all and I will not be purchasing anything from them again!”
