“Perfect if you like paying over the top for a cheap and nasty ornament. The smoke hardly went down the waterfall as the description said, a tiny breathe or a fly going past and it was far too much wind for it to work. I was looking forward to a nice pleasant relaxing smell as promised in description but only got a handful of burners and for £23.99 I expected a big bag as the ornament would only be worth £1 on a car boot. The smell was no better than lighting a log burner, no fragrance or aromas to be had. I could smell the burning wood on my clothes for hours after which I found very distressing as I suffer from anxiety and depression and certain smells can set it off e.g burning wood smell being one of them. I also had bladder cancer last year due to a previous history of smoking, again didnt help with my anxiety. I contacted customer services to ask for a refund and got told they wouldn’t even entertain it as I had used 1 smoke bomb. Disgusting experience all round. Please avoid being ripped off like I have been.”
