“I really wanted to love this product. It looked and sounded (as per their description) just what I needed. However, it was not what I was expecting at all. The cones smelled of smoke only, no scent at all never mind producing aromatherapy benefits.
The product actually caused irritation to eyes and skin unfortunately.
As disappointing as it is, the worse thing of this experience was the after sales support (or lack of in my case). I reached out to Incense Haven to explain my situation. Initially I had one word answers, then no response at all. I am not one for reaching out normally, and definitely do not write negative reviews however feel strongly that people should be aware that if they come across a problem, there will be no support or compromise with this company.
They quoted that they cannot help me as the product is “used”, however without using it how do you know that it doesn’t match the description and more so cause adverse reactions??
I would also recommend people who really want to go ahead and purchase a waterfall burner, to look around as you can get exact same (hopefully better incense though) for a fraction of the price.
