“Although the burners are quite well made, I am very disappointed with the incense cones. Very little incense smell and too much smell of smoke. The house smells like a bonfire. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to ask if it’s possible that I have received a bad batch of cones. Absolutely no response. Will not recommend the product to friends and will not purchase any more cones☹️”
