“It's a Christmas present so haven't tried it out yet. I was upset though that you didn't answer my 2 emails. I tried to cancel one of the packs of cones as I apparently ordered 2 by mistake. I also tried your chat but it didn't work - got a message that what I wrote would be dealt with quickly - it wasn't dealt with at all. I sent both messages email and chat in very good time to cancel the one pack of cones but you ignored both. I have obviously kept and paid for both but am not impressed with your customer service via emails and chat!!!”
