“We, a group of 12 seniors just came back from a 7 nights Dubai tour with Indus Travel. Overall we did have an enjoyable trip.
As the local supplier, the Arabian Adventure, they separated us from the other group of 10. Though we got to be on our own like a private group, we had to settle with travelling in a mini coach instead of the big ones with big windows.
The tour guides for the Sundowner Dune Safari were very good. The local tour guide was just ok as she did not keep good control of time at each tourist spot which made us end up visiting certain places like museum for less than 10 minutes.
Arabian Adventure only had a silent representative escorted us through the custom at the airport with false information that the contact person Lynda would met us at the hotel which never happened. Our issue with hotel rooms not available for us on the first night was not taken care of by Arabian Adventure at all. My phone call to Lynda was not pleasant at all as she didn't seem to know or care about our situation. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with Arabian Adventure.”
