We began our days with leisurely breakfasts and then eased into the comfort of the river cruise, making it feel like an easy experience. The cruise experience was impeccable with the on-board meals that were of high standard, and a well-informed multilingual cruise director made sure we got the most out of everything we saw on land. I particularly liked the trip to a traditional Quinta for wine tasting and little touches on board such as evening snacks and live entertainment. The whole trip simply worked for us!”
