“The parcel has been pending for delivery and status updates since 3rd April (today is 10th April). Absolutely no attempt to contact the receiving through the mobile number provided in the order and as part of the investigation with your customer service team (which has been very responsive via email for the last few days but still no delivery).
We were advised to go to the local Post office where they advised that they cannot find such parcel despite searching through the entire data base for all postal offices in the country. Need urgent resolution of this case please - order number #IPY1213813 / TRACKING NUMBER : EA303514714IE.”
