“I was looking for a natural replacement for the doctor's (topical steroid) nasal spray. Capsinol (Original Formula) was recommended by a friend and thus far 2weeks in proves at least as effective and is probably a more suitable long term option.
Spoiler alert: It does sting ️ ! But not unpleasantly so, it works very well as a morning wake up call! Will it ever replace my usual double expresso? Maybe one day - watch this space…
