flexiseq has changed my quality of life these past number of years. i was a heavy gym trainer until loss of cartilage and arthritis stopped my leg workouts. After reading an article in the paper i decided to try this product. Within one month i was able to return to the gym after a six month layoff. My flexibility increased and my everyday movement improved considerably. This is a great product.

It works for me, because after a few days 0f not applying I can notice soreness and stiffness returning.

I've used this product for the last 12 months for osteoarthritis in my hands and knee, it helps big time with relieving the pain

The one and only for my osteoarthritic knees, it takes about half an hour/full hour before it relieves a bit (not 100%) my knee pain. But compared to all other creams and gels this one works. There is a new (pink packaged) Flexiseq out, not much of a difference, only that it works straight away. In my humble opinion.

Flexiseq is for me the best gel/cream for osteoarthritic pain in my knees. You have to apply it around the knee (not on top), and the pain eases very quickly. It's colourless, does not smell and is not sticky. Nevertheless I wash my hands after use. Even on a bad day twice applied does the trick. For some reason it doesn't work on my back, but the description does not comment on back pain, only knee issues. However, I use it on my hips and it works there too. Can recommend it to everyone who has arthritis and would like to cut down on NSAIDS.
