“I suffer from a very dry nose and I am constantly congested. I find this good for thinning the mucus so I can blow my nose and breathe a bit easier. I have only used the first two levels of the spray heads, not the full rinse. I use it daily, usually at night before bed. I use it at this time as my nose dries out very much at night. Using it before bed has its complications as some nights I wake up with burning in my sinuses, this probably wouldn't happen with day usage. It does not solve my problem but it does help, combined with other remedies. If you have very dry mucus and dry sinuses this could be of help. It doesn't sting for the most part and usually the mildest spray head is sufficient.”
