“Absolutely brilliant! The patches can stay on for a long time without moving or getting creased. The sticky side is non-irritating for my sensitive skin but still sticky enough to stay in place. The patch itself is very flexible and quite thin which is great as you aren't aware of it during the day. I used them for lower back ache during my period and it improved my comfort massively. Cannot recommend enough!”
