“Still waiting for the shipment with no update on delivery dates or even with no contact number or details of the rider. Where is my shipment why I didn't receive it till today why nobody contacted me or at least guide me to the way that I can follow up with the delivery process. This is not acceptable at all & it was not expected to receive this kind of poor service from your company!!!”
