“This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering Rosalique and the first time through Irish Pharmacy. I must have received a bad batch as the cream is coming out very thick and when applied it does not apply any coverage. It's just smears across the face.”
“The tube of Rosalique I got was different from previous tubes, I found out that there has been a faulty batch, so I was disappointed, but of course that hasn't anything to so with Inish Pharmacy,I will be buying again, However I will contact Rosalique about their product.

“I am writing this review at the request of Inish Pharmacy who I could not recommend highly enough and hope to continue to purchase from. Unfortunately I purchased this product based on a previous positive purchase of it, however, this particular item was significantly inferior with regards to quality and consistency. It is dry, does not spread at all well and requires a lot more of the product to achieve any effect. It feels and appears dehydrated and for me, is dehydrating. I will not risk the purchase again despite a previous positive experience. I contacted the company (on their request) following another customer's comment regarding the change in quality. I did not feel heard at all, I got a generic message (which they have since posted on their own social media) stating that there have been no changes in the product since 2019, I notice on many recent Rosalique social media posts that others are experiencing the same inconsistency, this is unsatisfactory as it is not a cheap product. I was not offered an exchange or refund or even an enquiry regarding lot numbers that could assist in identifying any issues for their quality control. Again, I cannot fault the excellent service offered by Inish Pharmacy but recommend that this issue be brought to the attention of the producers, whose customer service along with their product has left much to be desired.”
“Very gentle on sensitive skin. Gives great sun protection, reduces redness and hives a good skin tone. Really easy and quick to apply. I use it everyday rather than make up, and use under make up as a base when applying foundation, works really well”
