“Having used HyloForte for years I switched to Thealoz Duo when my mildly dry eyes turned into severe episcleritis. The gel is great to use at night time before bed for an additional boost and eases discomfort. I use the regular Thealoz Duo drops during the day as this might be a bit heavy for daytime use.
