“Paid for faster shipping (7-14) day turn around I believe, it took almost 1.5 months to get to me. No communication other than a bot. I’ll never buy another one, ever.”

“The whole process was fairly simple as all I had to do was upload the image of what I had wanted them to create for my tabletop sports gaming mat. I was very pleased with how it turned out, colors were great, nice and clear & easy to read. Had to wait a bit longer for the order to process, but it was worth it.”

“This mat took about three weeks to create and about a week to reach me. It looks good! I am pleased with this purchase. If you are looking for a custom design on a playmat, do look into Inked’s options. The only caution I add to this recommendation would be to be wary of how pixelated the image you offer is, and take care to find the highest quality image you can before sending it in.”

“The playmat is fine, came as ordered. It took over a month to manufacture and ship, and they only did so after issuing a refund through PayPal. After placing my order they sent an email saying it could take up to 15 days to ship, which is within the timeframe I needed it by. After 28 days with no update I tried reaching out through their website and through email. After another week with no response I initiated a refund through PayPal and 3 days later my order shipped. I still have not heard back through customer service. I have used inked gaming for over 10 year, but I will not be using them anymore.”
