“Look if you want custom playmats this is the company to use. That being said I had an annoyance where a couple pieces of art I did were deemed “offensive” (language), and they got dinged which turned off everything in production for over 3 weeks. No one from staff reached out and explained what was considered offensive or not, so this created a lil headache. But once that got resolved the company pounded these out very quickly and all went perfectly. A+ for most factors B- for explaining and engaging with the customer to help them correct any possible issues.”

“Backgammon board design looks sharp, and true to the image I provided. Nice saturated colors. Clean stitching. Looks like stitching is about 1/8 inch away from the edge of the mat. Mat feels a bit thin, but this is as I expected. There is what looks to my eye like a minuscule ink error, a reddish brown dot barely bigger than a pinhead, against the white background. I don't feel like knocking a star off for this; it should be easy for me to correct. Turnaround time was superfast. Got the mat sooner than I had expected for a custom product. I am satisfied overall. Looking forward to enjoying both backgammon and TCGs on this mat.”
