“The quality of the image itself was very good. The team also did a good job of recropping the image to make more of it into the playmat. My biggest complaint though, is a small, but noticeable black smudge on the playmat. It looks like maybe oil or something similar was wiped on the mat. This was present from the moment I opened it from the packaging. Very disappointed as the mat would have been quite good otherwise.”

“This is the second custom playmat I've ordered from Inked Gaming. They give good, clear guidance on how to prepare the file and provide a good preview. I'm very happy I can get exactly the playmat I want instead of settling for whatever image I might be able to find from a retail source.”

“First I want to say that the playmat turned out great. I was more than pleased with the quality of both the mat and the image that I created for it. It truly did turn out to be what I had hoped it would be and I couldn't be happier. The only issue is just more of an annoyance with the process than anything else. During the shipping process, there were some delays. This feels normal in today's world, but the struggle was just that there wasn't much clarity around the delays. All of the emails that I received had optimistic ETAs and then there was one email that wanted me to verify the photo if it was bad. This email plus the unmentioned delays made me wonder if I had missed sending some information and the playmat wasn't getting made until that information was shared. An email following up explaining that delays would happen and giving a more realistic ETA would have alleviated any concerns.”
