“I had a custom playmat made. I needed it for a birthday and paid for it to be tweaked slightly and expedited shipping. Not only was the communication through both Facebook and email slow but main points and problems were not made aware to me. My gift came in late(missing the birthday) and the actual product was blurry despite paying for the extra editing. I returned it and got my money back after paying an expensive shipping rate to send it back. I have purchased products in the past but I will no longer be ordering from here. A complete nightmare both in wasted money and time.”

“I bought a custom playmat thinking my son would like it for the trading card game he plays. Was I ever right! I was able to custom the image to include his initials and he loves it! He was taking a picture and sending it to his friends before he finished opening his other presents. Thanks, Inkedgaming!”
