“I love the quality of both custom playmats I’ve purchased here. The first one came with no problems. The second one I ordered in the middle of December for a woman who wanted it by Christmas so I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Based on the delivery time of the previous mat, I thought this would work out fine. I made sure to look for slow shipping notes at checkout and didn’t see any. The product wasn’t printed until I believe December 30th and arrived December 5th. Inked Gaming, please be transparent about delivery times and I would be happy to order again!”

“I love the playmat. I had one custom ordered for my son's Christmas present, he loved it. I have no complaints about the services. The only constructive criticism I would like to offer is your company's e-mails. I ordered the playmat something like 2 months ago and it feels like I've gotten about 5 thousand e-mails from you guys. Don't get me wrong, I like getting an e-mail to peruse every now and then to see what cool stuff you all are up to, but the amount of e-mails I am getting from you guys.. I imagine most people are just setting you to spam. I recommend cutting way down. Anyways, great work on the playmat, Thank you for doing what you do!”

“I ordered a custom mat to give as a present for Christmas. I understand that Christmas is a busy time for companies, but after reviewing the website, it would get there in time. After I ordered it, the time to ship increased, but it could possibly still make it in time. After the shipping time had passed and it hadn’t shipped yet, I reached out, and was informed that it could actually be 2 more days than listed, and that the shipping time was only accounting for business days, making it ship by December 29th, obviously after Christmas. I then requested to change the shipping address to my apartment, rather than where I would be for the holidays. More days go by, and they emailed me back saying they didn’t change it in time to be shipped. It was delivered a few days after I had left. I would love to review this, as I was excited for the option to have a custom mat made, but unfortunately, I must wait to see the quality until it gets shipped by my parents.”
